Result and development is in line with the expectations of the management

The previous Year End Report for the period of 2013- 2014 covers the first 1.5 years of the company during which it has gone from being a startup to a fully reporting company with its shares listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s Regulated Market, General Standard. The Management is pleased to have seen this development and the completion of numerous of projects such as Trig Money and Momentik by Trig as well as the emergence of Trig Esports. Trig is now entering a new phase of operations were focus will be on the creation of income according to the business structures developed during the last year.

Trig has formed a subsidiary in Singapore named Trig Entertainment Asia PTE.LTD. The company´s management consists of Mr. Stephen James Dawes as CEO with Mr. Loizos Yerolemou as Deputy. Both have long experience in the Asian market and have been involved in a number of successful startups in the region. The company will act as Trig’s hub to Asia to market its wide product range. Asia is also a large marketplace for Esports, which will be beneficial for Trig´s newly formed Trig Esports’ department.
